Now Pass is a scam.

Apparently you people have decided that lying and exploiting your customers isn’t enough for you. So you have now resorted to running the Now Pass con.

This con does not work as intended, you know this and you continue to profit from those victimized by it.

Get support? Oh yeah you can’t because it is non existent because it takes your victims to a mirrored, phishing version of your foreign chatbot and it never connects to anyone.

So word to the wise, do not give this foreign conglomerate $10 for their scam that was never intended to work.

I am appalled because after I was exploited because you don’t think laws apply to you because you are a foreign conglomerate masquerading as an American company I didn’t think it was possible for Xfinity to sink any lower.

But you have proved me wrong.

I got an xfinity now plan thinking it was going to be a good deal... little did I know after the online ai chat constantly tells me the service is no longer active, I still receive a $45 charge every month. there's no way for me the customer to cancel my xfinity now plan myself. I want to bring legal actions in if this injustice continues.

Good morning user_3o84q7. To cancel Xfinity NOW services, navigate to the NOW Portal (xfinity.com/now), find the service you want to cancel, select "Pause or cancel service," and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and choose whether to cancel immediately or turn off automatic payments.
