Official Xfinity tv streaming App not since 10/7/25

As of 10/7/25 the Official Xfinity tv streaming App stop working correctly. They were working in area in South Broward FL. I did all troubleshooting Uninstall app on cellphone & Roku tv then reinstall app before reaching out to technician on line & on phone. The problem is DVR recent recordings are not uploaded into from cloud to the streaming app. There are no errors messages. Is anyone else having same issues. I am frustrated that no one as answers. I have wasted hours. I never had a problems before.

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
