Old name still showing on Xfinity settings

I had a legal name change and tried changing it on my account and I am unable to do so. Under “Xfinity Mobile Account Holder” it still shows [Edited: "Personal Information"] and it needs to be changed to [Edited: "Personal Information"]. That is my legal name.

Hello @031, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums today, I hope your Friday is going well so far. The process of changing the name on the account for anything other than a miss spelling does require us to open a ticket and would require some information to be uploaded, but we can assist you with that process. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
