OMG my cable is so up I was lied to so many times and I can't get it fixed! [Edited]

An Xfinity representative told me they could lower my bill and not change any channels. I asked over and over again, without changing any channels. Yes, none of your channels will change. she lied, deceived, and cheated me with every single word! Since that call on September 27, 2026, I have been trying to get my old plan reinstated. I have spent more than 6 hours on the phone at different times with different Xfinity representatives who only make matters worse! Today, October 5, 2026, a manager was to call me back at 3:00 pm; I was issued an escalation ticket #, which did no good because at 4:30 I had to call Xfinity, as I heard from no one! After yet again re-explaining the cluster, the representative sent me to a manager. Now, as I type, I have been listening to a ringing tone for 20 minutes, without anyone answering it!

What do I do? My bill is paid; I have never been late. I have no stations I’ve already paid for! I can't even get anyone to speak to!
