“On Us” movies not showing up in purchases

Hello!  In the past week I redeemed 2 “On Us” movies from Xfinity Rewards. They were Lethal Weapon and Rush Hour. But when I look for them in my purchases, they are not there. I checked the Xfinity Rewards again and it shows that I already redeemed the reward. Please help me get access to these movies. Thank you!!

Not yet. I received a $30 credit to purchase the 2 movies. And now the 2 that were given this past Thursday do not show up either. So the underlying problem has not yet been resolved. I reached out again this week and am hoping for a resolution.

Update from Xfinity…..

I did see the ticket we had created had been closed. It appears at this time the "On Us Movie" benefit is not available.

Soooo, still not fixed!  🙄

I still need help!  My tickets keep getting closed out with no resolution. 4 missing movies now!
