Ongoing outages in my area
Xfinity
I need some help. I have xfinity internet. I live in [Edited: Personal Information]. My service has had daily outages for the last few months. It’s not every day, but probably at least 3-4 days every week. I will get a text telling me that they have detected a performance issue and they have crews out there working on it. Sometimes the outages are short and quick, maybe 10-15 minutes, but many times it’s out for 1-2 hours.
I work from home 4 days of the week. This has been beyond frustrating and has significantly impacted my productivity and I need to be available at all times for my work teams. This has caused me many headaches and work problems.
Who can I contact to get an explanation for what’s going on? I have tried to use the xfinity assistant in the xfinity app, but they are mostly unhelpful and useless as they don’t know what’s going on. And most times I can’t chat with a live agent because my service is down. I just need to know who I can talk to locally so that I can figure out it I need a new service provider. I can’t continue to be offline at intermittent times nearly every single day. Please help.
