Online order glitched: Received confirmation email showing Plan NONE when updated plan

Hi! A few days ago I updated my existing plan online, which required an upgraded modem hardware swap. I saw a success screen and took a picture of it, but it wasn't showing up in the email as I checked today. So I updated my existing plan online again as of today, but I received an automated confirmation email that is completely blank and shows 'Plan: Internet None' and 'Charge: None' and etc. It looks like my profile is having issues, and Idk what is going on that is causing this because its frustrating as I followed the correct steps to having existing plan updated only to not follow through. Can an official agent please send me a private message so I can safely share my order info confirmation and have this manually fixed with my updated internet plan? Thank you!

Hello @user_pwme94, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble making changes to your package online. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to receive a success screen but no confirmation email, followed by an email that appears blank. We’d be happy to review the account with you to see if the changes were successfully applied and determine whether there is a confirmation available. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
Thank you, @EG
