Only getting 31% of my plan speed of 800mph.

I tried to schedule an appointment but affinity canceled it so I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. I recently got an updated Xfinity Gateway modem.

Can you share how you are testing the speeds? Are you experiencing the slow connectivity on all devices? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

@XfinityAdrienne​ I’m testing the speeds from the Xfinity app troubleshoot. Yes all devices sometimes I would get not connected to the internet message/ stuff pages loading  slow.
