Opened utitlity box in my backyard

I moved into a new house with an opened utitlity box with exposed wires in by backyard. Will someone be able to come and help maintain this box? I am planning on adding new landscaping and want to be sure its safe for the kids to play in the backyard.

Are you able to send me a picture of the box with exposed wiring so I know who to send out there for the repair? We look forward to getting this resolved so the kids can enjoy the new backyard!
