Order Confirmation Email Wrong

My order confirmation shows that my plan is $95 a month. However, I got a promotional discount when I checked out and it’s supposed to be $45 a month. Why is it not showing up?

Also, why can’t I find a receipt for my order on Xfinity’s app? I can’t even find it in billing.
