~~~ORDER UPDATE INFORMATION PLEASE

I placed an order #[Edited: "Personal Information"] and never received an email with status regarding shipment.    Now I discovered a text was sent last evening stating the driver was unable to make delivery!      It will be shipped through another carrier.   I would please like help in finding-

1.   Why could the driver not make the delivery??!!??!!

2.   Where is my order?   Has it been shipped?

3.   How is it being shipped?

4.   When can I expect delivery?   It was to be shipped overnight!

5.   Where online can I find order information for the above questions?

Thank you.  Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
