Outage AGAIN

This is absolutely ridiculous. They give us updates and hit times that they can’t even meet. Not to mention we haven’t had WiFi since the hurricane and EVERY other company around us has been working just fine.. We will be canceling along with many others, wish they could just be honest about when it would be back up and running. Ridiculous!!
