Outage all day without updates
Outage in apartment since 8:30am EDT. Originally text message stated it would be resolved by 11:25am EDT. It is now 2:58pm EDT, which is nearly my entire work day without functioning WiFi. The building has a public WiFi network on first floor (cannot use due to privacy issues with employer), so it is not the entire building that is down.
If the issue cannot be resolved within a clear timeframe, I need to work elsewhere and will be taking action for my inability to complete work at my hourly rate. I demand an immediate and clear explanation of the outage beyond what is vaguely stated online. An entire day. And counting. Can’t even use tags here on my phone to post this issue because I continue to receive an error message. Comcast and Xfinity are atrocious and, as evidenced here, are unreliable and not worth the cost.

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
