I don’t have a cell phone or computer.  My friend is sending this.  My tv is off so how can I report it when I can’t talk to a live person???

Being able to enjoy your cable services is very important and as someone that always has shows recordered I would be just as worried trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. Are you getting any error code or message on your TV while trying to watch?
