Outage

It’s impossible to REACH ANYONE via online or phone customer service. AI just keeps disconnecting the phone call. I don’t have the Internet for hours and I’m unable to work because of it. The “ Assistant “ just keeps moving the time when the service will be restored later and later by hours. Who will compensate me for this?? Besides, it’s impossible to file a complaint because the agent is not available during the outage. Which basically means deal with your own problems and we will just charge in the end of the month.

user_kx4bzk - We appricate your feedback and the oppurnity to help in every way we can! No one likes a service interruption including us. There may be a variety of reasons for a service interruption. Our technicians and engineers investigate the cause and work to restore service as quickly as possible. The most effective way to get interruption updates for your area and information about your service is to visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or use the Xfinity app. Please note, that the resolution times shown are estimates and may change.

Additionally, you can text OUT to 266278 (COMCST) to check for interruptions in your area. (Data and messaging rates may apply.) You also have the option to receive a text message update as soon as your Xfinity services are restored.

If you were affected by a recent service interruption, you may be eligible for a credit to your account. To get started, check your eligibility for a credit on the interruption credit request page. If your account meets all requirements for eligibility, including not having reached the maximum credit limit, a credit will be applied automatically.
