Outage

There's been an outage in rp since yesterday 1 pm u cant talk to no one or chat it won't let us...we call and it hangs up sayin no agent can help with outage [Edited: "Language"]

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Also, just in case you weren't aware, you can find information on any planned or unplanned service interruptions by logging into the Xfinity app. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

My service has been down in Houston since 16:20 CST YESTERDAY!! This is absolutely unacceptable! No agent will assist "until the outage" is over & there is absolutely NO sign of an estimated repair time anywhere! How about when my bill is due, I go incognito & ignore YOU Xfinity??!!

The latest information will always be available to you in the Xfinity App, or Xfinity Status Center. Our local teams work as fast, and safe as possible to have services restored. However, restoring services may take longer than expected at times if outside factors are involved such as power interruptions, fiber line cuts, weather events, etc. We do appreciate all of your patience as our local teams work toward a solution.
