Outage
we live in Duxbury mass, we had a huge snowstorm five days ago, but our power is back on. Our Wi-Fi came on for three hours yesterday and then went out again. Our neighbors have their Wi-Fi, which we are currently using, there has been no communication whatsoever about restoration or why it would be be on and then off. we pay an exorbitant amount monthly which ironically was withdrawn from our account right before it went off.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the internet, I know that area was hit bad from the winter storm, and I hope you and yours are all safe. When you check in the Xfinity app, is there anything indicating an ongoing issue with the service?
