Outage
When is my Internet outage going to be resolved. It has been out since 12 pm today (5/19/2026), and it is currently 10 pm! Every time I check to see an update, all it tells me is that the Restoration time has increased. How much longer is this going to take?

Good morning user_yo5mic, I'm sorry to read that we have had an interruption in your area for all this time. I know how difficult it can be when we are not able to access our internet connection for that long. The best estimation we have is the same that you can find in the Xfinity app, but I would be happy to try to see if there are any other updates to share. I want to make sure you get back online asap. Are you still having a service issue?
