Outage

Does Xfinity have any intention of getting the outage taken care of? Last Sunday (the 19th) it was 3 hours and today Sunday the 26th it's been 4 hours. C'mon.....really??? Some of us depend on internet for part of our income. Would love to have the time the "outage" compensated somehow. I figure I can deduct at least $70. off my next bill. So infuriating...
