Outrageous Customer Service

I am compelled to submit this statement to bring attention to the appalling and wholly unacceptable level of customer service I have experienced with Xfinity.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue through standard customer service channels, I have been met with incompetence, indifference, and an utter lack of accountability. Representatives consistently fail to follow through on commitments, transfer me endlessly without resolution, and provide misleading or incomplete information. This is not an isolated incident — it reflects a broader systemic failure in how Xfinity treats its customers.

As a paying customer, I find it indefensible that Xfinity continues to advertise “world-class service” while subjecting customers to such negligent treatment. The experience I have endured constitutes a clear breach of good faith and a failure to provide the services promised under contract.

I have documented each interaction and broken promise, and because Xfinity has proven unwilling or unable to resolve this matter, I have escalated my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Both agencies will be reviewing Xfinity’s handling of this case.
