Outside cable wires present a tripping or injury risk

Hi Xfinity,

The cable in my backyard has become exposed and represents a tripping risk. Can you come and bury the cable please? I attempted to submit a ticket through the Xfinity Assistant but it errored out in Chrome and Edge.
