Over a month to bury cable

Grand kids have already tripped on cable left in yard for over a month.  Mower/danger problems in three yards from pole to my house. Drop/bury request by your tech.  06/27/2026.  Since then numerous open tickets.   Latest ECM [Edited: "Personal Information"],  ECM [Edited: "Personal Information"], etc.  etc.  If anyone gets hurt we’re going to have to file lawsuit.
