overhead line safety clearance & TIcket [Edited]
I am reaching out for your assistance regarding the existing cable/internet lines that are diagonally crossing through the lot located at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I have already contacted Comcast and was provided a ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"] A tech was supposed to call prior to arrival with a service between dates 5/18/26-5/21/26.
The tech never called and the lines have not been mitigated
FPL lines were also previously crossing through lot to provide power to the neighboring home. We coordinated with FPL, and they have since installed a new pole and relocated their lines accordingly.
At this time, we need the internet/cable lines to also be reinstalled or relocated in order to clear the property and allow pile driving operations to proceed on site.
For reference, I have attached several photos:
- some photos were taken in January prior to FPL installing the new pole and relocating their lines.
- I have also attached a current site photo showing the newly installed pole.
Please let me know the next steps required to coordinate relocation of the cable/internet lines or if additional information is needed from our side.
Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
