Package delivered

My account online states that I have an order being processed.  I have not placed any orders.  I had a package delivered recently that had the right address but nobody lives here by the name on the package.  The package was returned to an Xfinity store.  What's the deal with the statement online saying order being processed.

Thank you for reaching out and for taking the time to return this back to Xfinity. We can check for any orders that may have been placed in error, especially since it was under someone else's name or check that everything is in place in your account. To do so just send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
