paid my biill by mistake twice

as i was paying my bill  i paid one but was not sure it went through so   i paid it again   and now  i see there are 2 payments. I do not have the funds to cover it. I need  one remove ASAP please  i have gotten emails back say  things from Xfinity please i need it  removed if you do not   i will have my bank stop the payment I can not pay it  two times  crying upset here

Murf1954 Thanks for reaching out for help today with your double payment concern, and I can certainly understand needing to reach out about this. We aren't able to stop any payment from our side unfortunately. You would want to contact the bank to have them stop the second before it completes. We can only issue a refund of an over payment, but that would require the payment to complete first. It would be best to reach out to the payment method institution to have them stop it before it completes the funds transfer to us.

yeah  i figured  can not trust  xfinity  i  ll have them stopped you just made up my mind here  i am now looking at  other internet provider .    i guess i now  know why so many have left xfinity can not get  wah they need and want   well  as of   monday i am calling  WOW  maybe i  can get better service and when a mistake is made that can  help
