Paramount+ Commercials and Bad performance

I pay for "Paramount+ Showtime" (No Commercials).

I am trying to watch Tulsa King, but it forces commercials on me and won't allow me to fast forward through them (Fortunately my mute button still works).

Also Paramount+ (but not "Paramount+ Showtime", or any other of the stations in my package) has very little bandwidth and stalls and cuts out at many points throughout whatever program I seem to be watching. [[ DON'T suggest that I cycle my router! The problem is on Xfinity's end, not mine. Everything works fine EXCEPT Paramount+ ]].
