I need to unpause a device but my phone don’t support xfinty or xfinity xfi

@user_wbb4lh Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with unpausing a device. This is a feature that's managed through the Xfinity App. The supported mobile operating systems for our Xfinity App is iOS 14 or later and Android 7.1 or later. Do you have any devices that meets those criteria or any devices that needs updating to the newest operating system? Do you still have the device that was used to pause this device?
