Paying for 300M, but getting 150M, the lower tier.

Hi, I am current paying for the 300M download speed.  However, after I chatted to someone with comcast and renewed my contract that should be 2 months away, my download speed is downgraded to 150M.  This shouldn't happen, I can't find a live person to talk to fix the issue.
