Payment arrangements

My payment arrangement was for the 30th per my chat with rep on the 18th for total balance on account. My service has been interrupted AGAIN!! this needs fixed NOW

user_f4tqy8 Thanks for reaching out about your payment arrangement concern. I would be happy to look into why service was suspended, and help in any way I can. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I’m not getting help. I’m getting a response every 10 min and getting nowhere. I’m going to lose my job. I sent screenshots of proof of conversations with chat agent and dates he was fixing arrangements to. I will send to PUC. This is terrible

What issue are you running into when trying to send us a Direct Message? We are happy to help, but need account information in DM to locate the account to see what we need to do.

@XfinityEricB​  it is just giving me the assistant and not letting me chat with anyone live the customer service reps on the phone said they can’t help me and  now it is stating it’s experiencing technical difficulties. This is horrible

Looks like you tried to post them publically, but for your security that will be deleted as quickly as possible. Are you running into problems trying to send us a direct message through Forums? The steps I provided above are for this platform only.
