Payment [Edit]

So you guys refuse to help your customers if they don't pay because they have a problem and no one will help them? These are bully tactics. This could have ended if the arrangement was fulfilled. Now this company is making it much worse. They could have called me back and done the other things they said they would, but instead they bully a customer of more than 17 years. Nice job.
