Good morning user_yow0ia! Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums! I know how vital it is to keep connected and that there are times we need a little help of extra time to make our payments.
Both options would be available through your account and the Xfinity Assistant. Only eligible accounts will be able to set up a payment plan or installment plan. You can quickly find if you are eligible by signing in to your account at xfinity.com and selecting chat for options, select billing and payment and enter “Explore flexible payment options”
Great question, user_dsii0y. If you have a past-due balance, you may be able to pay it off in monthly installments while keeping your Xfinity services active meaning you'll still have access to the same best in class internet you've been enjoying.

Xfinity has two great solutions that can help most people keep their services active with payment arrangements and installment plans.
Have you been able to try these options?
