Peacock Activation Problem

I've been fighting with this for a month or so.....I added on the StreamSaver bundle with my xfinity internet and I've been able to activate my Netflix and Apple TV (although with a lot of difficulty) but have yet to successfully activate my Peacock. When I use the https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock link I get to the "Your Peacock account is already active" screen. When I click the continue to peacock link it redirects me to peacock where I login and am immediately prompted see plans and sign up for a new subscription. I've tried clearing all my internet data and have used both Safari and Chrome on my Mac Book and also my iPhone. Can someone please help me with this before I lose my mind and/or decide to move on from xfinity, this has been a huge hassle.

In order to get started can you send me a DM with your full name and service address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

This has been the same issue for me except it's been 2 months of messing with it and talking to Xfinity and Peacock. Both say it's the other's fault. Streamsaver has not been worth it!
