Peacock not Working in one room

My Peacock subscription is through Xfinity and works in main area but not one of the other rooms.  Trying to get through the [Edited: Language] app is a nightmare.  As I much as people charge me you should be available 24/7 immediately.

Hello, @user_21tkjd! Thanks for creating a post about your Peacock viewing concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help :) Our team is awesome to work with, and we are available 6 AM - 1 AM ET, seven days a week. To clarify, are you attempting to access Peacock on one of our TV Boxes?

Thanks for confirming, @user_21tkjd! While your Xfinity account is properly linked to your Peacock subscription, the second TV Box may not have the correct Peacock account information logged in. It's essentially a separate device that needs to be authenticated. The main TV Box might be automatically logged in, while the secondary one requires you to manually sign in. When you use your voice remote, the box may try to launch the app but get stuck because it doesn't recognize the subscription.

Here are the troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Re-activate Your Peacock Subscription (if necessary): If you haven't already linked your Xfinity account to a Peacock account, you need to do that first. Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and follow the prompts. You'll use your Xfinity ID to create or link to a Peacock account.

- Note: If you've already done this, and it says your account is already activated, that's good. It confirms the subscription is active on the Xfinity side.

2. Manually Sign In to Peacock on the Second TV Box: This is the most likely solution. The voice command "Peacock" may not be enough to get the app to work if it's not logged in.

- Navigate to the Peacock app on the TV Box that isn't working.

- Look for a "Sign In" option. Do not select "Get Offer" or "Sign Up."

- Use the email address and password associated with the Peacock account you linked to your Xfinity subscription.

- If you don't remember your Peacock login information, visit peacocktv.com/account and use the "I Don't Know My Password" option. The email address will be the one you used when you first activated Peacock through Xfinity.

3. Restart the TV Box: A simple reboot can often resolve temporary glitches.

- Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV Box.

- Wait about 20 seconds.

- Plug the power cord back in.

- Allow the TV Box to fully restart before trying to access Peacock again.

4. Clear the App's Cache/Data: This is a more advanced step but can help if the app is corrupted.

- On your Xfinity TV Box, go to Settings.

- Navigate to the Apps & Subscription menu (or a similar menu for apps).

- Find the Peacock app and look for an option to "Clear Cache" or "Clear Data." This may require you to sign in again after the process.

And please let us know if this helps!
