Peacock offer

Hi, I am an Xfinity internet customer on a Gig-speed plan. When I signed up, the included 24-month Peacock Premium offer was a big reason I chose this plan.

At the time I already had a paid Peacock subscription, so I planned to wait until that ended before activating the Xfinity offer. I just cancelled that paid plan and only now realized the Xfinity Peacock offer had to be activated within 90 days and has expired. I honestly did not know about the 90-day limit and this is my first time asking for help with it.

Is there any way you could still honor the Peacock Premium offer on my account or provide a similar courtesy option? I would really appreciate it.

granny1234 Thank you for letting us know you are having an issue with your Free Peacock subscription. We would be more than happy to help. There would not be a code provided for you to redeem the offer. You would start on your subscription activation page. From here, you would log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.


You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.

Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.

Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.



Have you already performed that activation step in your Xfinity account before going to Peacock?

I have the same issue.   I installed Peacock, signed in, and need the code to get it for free.  Please and thank you
