Peacock premium acceas for diamond subscriber

how do I access peacock premium? I am currently an xfinity diamond account holder which states that I should get have peacock premium for no extra cost, when I log on to the peacock app it does not show me as having premium membership to peacock just a standard membership and states to receive premium access I have to upgrade my account for an extra cost.

Sorry for any confusion with your Diamond reward. For more clarity, Peacock Premium is included with your reward at no additional cost, if you would like to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, this would be at full cost.

This solution did not work for me. Although I have a diamond account and eligible for peacock premium access when I try the method outlined in this instruction to activate this feature I get an error message stating "we're sorry , your account isn't eligible for this peacock offer" and so I've decided from my past experience with xfinity customer help and usually ending up worst off then when I started, to leave well enough alone and not risk losing any other current service or paying extra for a service I should already have.

@user_shu9lu I can review your account to see the status of your Premium membership and Peacock Premium access. We're here to help. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
