Peacock Premium Error

I am trying to activate my Peacock Premium benefit. I am continuously getting Error PPG_0017 stating my Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. I have tried changing my primary email and it doesn't work. I need an entitlement reset or a backend account unlinking on the Xfinity side so the activation token resets. Please help.

Are you trying to activate the subscription through xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions?

 thanks for clarifying,  generally if it's saying your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account, that means you may have had another subscription at a another location under Xfinity.

 

Have you tried unlinking your e-mail from the other account that it could be attached to?

I’ve unlinked my old account and now my peacock subscription is showing active but it’s the free version and not premium. How do I change this?
