Peacock premium for platinum rewards status

How do I activate peacock premium with platinum rewards status for free? Have not going a way to get this added.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.

The posted link is corrupt. Try https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging (looks the same, but is not).

@user_299sbb  Did you have any luck figuring this out? I'm having the same problem. I've been in contact with support but I'm waiting for them to fix it for me.

@snt2​ yes. Had to send a direct message to Xfinity support. Went through a few things and then they opened a ticket on my behalf. They got it worked out the next day.
