Peacock Premium Never Activated

I received an email offer stating that my gig-speed internet package included Peacock Premium at no extra cost and that I must sign up before October 24. I clicked the "Activate Peacock" link in the email and followed the steps to link the Peacock account to my Xfinity account. As far as I knew, I had activated Peacock Premium. However, when I sign in to Peacock, it claims I do not have an active subscription and I cannot watch anything.

Why do I not have Peacock Premium even though I activated it and linked it with my Xfinity account?

Hello @jecht300, are you using the same details used to complete your activation? Was your activation completed using your third party email or your comcast.net email? Once you completed your activation did you receive an email from Peacock?

Yes, I am using the same credentials as I originally used to register. I used a third-party email. I received emails from Peacock stating that my password had been reset (as it seems I already had a Peacock account and needed to reset it), but there was no email confirmation that I had activated a membership.

@jecht300 Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password. Does your subscription show as "Active"?

There doesn't seem to be anything there. I see "Activate and get info about your subscriptions" at the top left, a button to the right that says "Add & manage subscriptions", and then a list of Frequently asked questions.

We will get to the bottom of this, jecht300! I just want to make sure I understand correctly—were you previously enjoying Peacock, and did something change with your plan that’s now preventing you from logging in?

No, I never got the chance to watch anything on Peacock. I thought I had activated Peacock Premium (before the Oct 24 deadline, per the email), and when I recently went to watch something it said I did not have an active subscription.
