Peacock Premium

I received the Peacock premium offer through my giga speed Internet service, which is showing as activated. When I log into Peacock, none of the premium services are showing.

Is it a Comcast email address, or a non Comcast email address? I have seen in the past subscriptions linked to a customer's Comcast email.

It’s a gmail address for both. Never used a Comcast email for login.

I am having this same issue. We signed up for the 5 year plan that came with Peacock Premium. Activated Peacock via the link and watched a show or two. When I tried to sign in a few weeks later, I could not sign in to Peacock Premium. Could you resend a link to re-activate Peacock?? Thanks Tom
