Peacock Subscription

I’m trying to activate the Peacock Premium benefit included with my Xfinity service. When I select Activate, Peacock gives me error PPG_0017: “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.” I only want to activate the Peacock benefit included with my Xfinity service. Please locate the existing Peacock linkage and reset/unlink the Xfinity-to-Peacock association so I can activate it with my current Peacock account.
