Peacock
Peacock no longer works it's included in my plan but it's movies and shows are locked which happens every 6 months! I SPENT OVER AN HOUR IN A CHST EITH 4 DIFFERENT REPS YESTERDAY 6/26 WITH THE LAST REP TELLING ME HE CREATED A TICKET AND SOMEONE WILL REACH PUT..WELL NO ONE DID I CALLED WHILE IM AT WORK WITH THE SYSTEM TELLING ME IT WILL RESTART MY SYSTEM AND IT NEVER DOES BUT ITS THE SAME THING EACH TIME I CALL. FUNALLY REACHED A REP THROUGH BILLING WHO TRANSFERED ME TO A TECH WHO IS JUST AS UNINFORMED AS THE OTHER SO CALL TEXT, FIRST HE QUESTIONS IF I HAVE PEACOCK THEM TELLS ME HE WAS ADVISED TO ADD PEACOCK BUT THST MY WIFI WOULD GO UP I TOLD HIM ABSOLUTELY NOT! I TOLD HIM I WANT A SUPERVISOR IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MIN NOW THATS THE TRICK TO GET ME TO HANG UP
