Peacock?

When I sign into Peacock it says my account is active.  However, when I tried to watch something it tells me I need to UPGRADE to watch?

Well, you were correct. One of our TVs are signed in under an email. I no longer have access to.  That is the one that I can watch Peacock on. When I try to sign in on the other TV, it will not allow me.  I did go into Xfinity and let them know my issue. However, the person I spoke with told me that he had no idea how to fix a problem. I would need to get a hold of Peacock. Pay so much for our Xfinity and I can’t even get decent customer service.  Definitely looking for a different company that have customer service reps that actually care.

Thank you for reaching back out to us @user_ww19sr! I can understand how frustrating this is, especially when Peacock works on one TV but you can’t sign in on another because the active Peacock account is tied to an email address you no longer have access to.

Since the Peacock subscription is active, the next step is to unlink the current Peacock account and relink it with the email address you want to use going forward. We have a step-by-step guide with the instructions on how to update/unlink/change the email address here:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers#:~:text=Watching%20Peacock.-,FORGOT/CHANGE%20EMAIL,-In%20some%20instances

When you have a moment, please:

  1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions
  2. Select Help & more info
  3. Choose Unlink Peacock account
  4. When prompted, select “No, please use another account”
  5. Enter the email you’d like to use.
  6. Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.

Please let us know if you run into any error messages or error codes, we want to make this right.
