Permanent Disconnection and Demolition Clearance/Proof Letter

Hi - I own a duplex that I plan to demolish within the next week and need to arrange for permanent disconnect to obtain a letter of clearance to provide the City so they can issue the permit. The duplex was rented out and I did NOT reside in the property. Therefore, I do NOT have an Xfinity account associated with this property. Please advise ASAP on what you need from me to arrange for permanent disconnect. (ie, copy of my tax bill to prove ownership, etc.) Thank you.

Xfinity customers can grant other individuals access to their account and authorize them to perform certain account-related activities. To protect the security and privacy of the account, we'll need to work directly with either the account holder or an authorized user who is listed as an Account Manager to process a disconnect. Can you have the account holder add you as an authorized user, or contact us for help? Thank you!
