Philadelphia residential construction project — need Comcast line relocation
I am building a permitted addition on my home in Philadelphia and an existing Comcast/Xfinity line is in conflict with the new addition. Regular customer service has not been able to connect me with the appropriate department.
I need this escalated to the local Comcast Construction/Plant Relocation team and need a construction coordinator or field representative to perform a site survey and determine the required relocation. Construction is dependent on having this line moved. Please have the Digital Care team contact me so I can provide the property address and construction details privately.
