Phishing Scams!!

For the past week I have been receiving scam emails from a false "Xfinity email" address.

The Customer service email listed to use does not work(phishing@xfinity.com).

Does Xfinity care that customers are being solicited for phishing?

... The Customer service email listed to use does not work ...

Where do you see the address you posted? I've never seen it before and cannot find it on any Comcast or Xfinity page.

https://spa.xfinity.com/help/email-abuse?faq=report-phishing says:

How do I report phishing email sent to or from a Comcast.net email account?

When reporting phishing emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the phishing email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers.

Once you have copied the full message headers from the spam message, paste the header and the message into an email and send it to abuse@comcast.net with the subject line "Phishing email."
