Phone not working

user_kslbxb, thank you for reaching out and making a new post. I see you just activated your new modem, and your internet is working as expected. However, I understand your phone service is not working. I know troubleshooting can be a headache, so I appreciate all your efforts so far. Can you tell me the make/model of your modem? Is this your own personal modem, or is this an Xfinity Gateway rental? Did we give you a new number, or were you porting over your phone number?
