I have been on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor about charges on my bill. I asked for a supervisor because the representative was unable to resolve the issue. The recording 30 minutes ago said I was 4 in line. February 24, 2026. [Edited: "Personal Information"]
