Phone service

I have been happy with my phone and internet Service for over a year now. I’ve been a long time Xfinity customer, but I am considering going with mint mobile. My bill went up from $51-$72 after I called to tell the representative that I was no longer needing my Internet service since I moved to another state. She did not tell me the bill was going to go up. It had just gone up to $51 from $47. I’m not happy about that. I knew she was doing something when she took so much time. It was very sneaky and certainly doesn’t gain my trust in the company. Goodbye Xfinity.

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you're on the mobile phone only option and don't have Internet or cable TV service with us you are charged a $25 access line fee,  So depending on the plan you have you either have or unlimited plan that's $40 plus tax or our premium limited that $50 plus tax. So that $25 would be added on top of that if you have already cancelled your residential services
