Plan assistance

Spoke to someone in another country trying to fix the on and off cable he assured me he could fix it told me there was a better plan same exact plan he said for less money no problem I said as long as it’s the same program I’m three days in right now not the same programs three times on the phone for over 10 minutes. 20 minutes. 40 minutes apiece still not fixed who can help
