Plan not Cancelling Even After Two Calls

Hey Xfinity Support,

After moving out of my apartment, I have tried to cancel my service twice. Once using the callback number option, and once calling directly after being prompted by the Xfinity Assistant. Both times they confirmed cancellation, but I continue to see my Internet service as active.

I need to cancel my current service. I'm unjustly being charged for service at a place I no longer live. My new location does not support Xfinity, so I just need to cancel.
